- Meetings of the General Assembly
The General Assembly of RCRD will hold regular consistent meetings and if necessary, extraordinary meetings in accordance with special procedures and circumstances as stated in Number 20 of this Law.
- General Assembly
The General Assembly of the organization consists of the Chairman, Deputy Chairman and Secretary General, the three members of the Executive Committee who are elected to be the Chairman, Deputy Chairman and Secretary General of the Executive Committee, and they are responsible for the management and administration of RCRD Activities.
Functions and Responsibilities of the General Assembly
- By an absolute majority of three pairs (two thirds 2/3) approve, add, modify or reject all or part of the activities and functions mentioned in the code numbers of this Act.
- That they have equal and collective responsibility, for the organization, and are the ones who can change or add to the work of the organization whenever necessary, according to the clause (1) ) of the same number.
- Members of the Executive Committee
- The members of the Executive Committee of Rayid Organization consist of Nine (9) members
- The Executive Committee can bring in persons with expertise in particular matters whenever the need arises.
Duties & General Responsibilities of the Executive Committee
The duties of the members of the Executive Committee of the organization include
1. The Office of the Chairman of the Executive Committee with the help of deputy chairman, and the Secretary General to prepare the Strategic Plan of the organization, then the Chairman calls a virtual meeting together with the 9 members of the Executive Committee, in that meeting to approve the Strategic Plan.
